Your order will be processed and posted within two business days of receipt of placement.  (This allows for the production of your custom made products).

All domestic and international orders are sent using the Australia Post service.

The shipping fee is variable and calculated by the size* and weight of the order, using real-time rates as provided by Australia Post.

An additional fee may be added if excess packing materials are required.

Shipping is FREE for orders with a total purchase of $120.00 and over.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australia and approximately up to 20 days for orders placed overseas.**

If you have any issues, please contact us, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

If Local Pick Up is available to you, your products can be collected between 6am – 11:30am on Saturdays at the Palm Beach Currumbin State High School Farmers Market, Thrower Drive Palm Beach.  Alternatively you can Email or DM us via FB messenger for other arrangements.

** Unfortunately due to COVID 19 , delivery through Australia Post may be delayed and delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.


Thank you for purchasing our product(s) at Enchanted Earth.

We hope you absolutely love and cherish your crystal product purchase, however if the product was damaged in shipping or you are not totally satisfied with the end result, we do offer refunds in the form of replacement, exchange and/or in-store credit for the full amount.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure you contact us immediately, within seven days of receiving your product; and in majority of cases the item needs to be returned within 21 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once we hear from you and item has been returned, we will process your refund.

We truly want to ensure you are satisfied, and the divine gift(s) from Mother Earth you were expecting are received.

If the product is damaged in any way (by no fault of our own shipping), or you have initiated the return after seven days, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund.
